Blake was introduced to CrossFit in 2016. After playing college basketball, working out became mundane and just not quite as fun. Once Blake started CrossFit he was immediately hooked. The competitiveness, the challenge, the constant variation, and community kept him coming back. Blake thoroughly enjoys gymnastic movements and is always growing and trying to better himself in barbell movements. He loves getting new people involved and watching their health and fitness improve their quality of life.
