Grind
Grind is a high energy conditioning-based program that incorporates cardio, strength training, mobility and fun – all in a 45 minute class! In this class, you will increase your endurance, rev up your metabolism, and torch calories! (no preparatory classes required)

Foundations
Athletes new to CrossFit will be introduced to movement methodologies in four class sessions. Each session will teach the core fundamentals of CrossFit and movement that will safely prepare you to participate in CrossFit classes.
